We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Attracting and maintaining a pool of suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums/job boards, social media, etc
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions across various industries
• Completing paperwork for new Hires
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Job Requirements / Specifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields with 1-3 years experience.
• Work Experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage
• Excellent Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
• Good Decision-making skill
• Good Interpersonal Skill
• Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
