Job Title: Recovery Officer

Location: Ikeja (Mainland), Lagos

Description 

• Our client is seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding/past-due loans, ensuring minimal loss to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking of all customers’ accounts to identify outstanding or past-due loans
• Strategize on course of action to recover due and unpaid loans
• Locate and contact debtors to ensure prompt payment of loans.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handling all loan recovery-related questions or complaints

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSc / HND.
• 2-3 years of experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N130,000 monthly.
