Job Summary

• We are looking for an organized and well-spoken receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming and greeting clients and visitors to our office and acting as their first point of contact.

Job Description

• Keeping a register of all bookings.
• Answering phones from prospective customers, taking messages and delivering them.
• Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
• Responding to requests for information.
• Preparing bills and ensuring prompt payments.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Friendly and calm personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good comportment and dressing.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Great team player.

Salary
N40,000 (With 3% commission on every client brought).
