Job Description

• As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• You will play a crucial role in managing appointments, providing information about our services, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for spa services.
• Provide information about treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office equipment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
