Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient registration, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and records
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
