KeyResponsibilities

• Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients, investors, and guests professionally and ensure a comfortable lobby environment.
• Handling Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and route them to financial advisors, loan officers, or appropriate departments.
• Scheduling Appointments: Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for financial staff and clients.
• Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and manage outgoing correspondence.
• Document Handling: Receive, scan, and file confidential paperwork while adhering to strict data privacy rules.
• Visitor Tracking: Monitor lobby traffic, sign in guests, and issue security badges to protect sensitive financial facilities.
• Discretion: Maintain high standards of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial data and client accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be very smart and presentable.
• Skills:High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.
• Education: Minimum of OND.
• Must be staying close to the location.

Salary
N112,000 monthly plus other benefits.
