• Are you a polished and personable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our prestigious residential facility in Ikoyi is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, embodying professionalism, warmth, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Females only.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or customer service representative.
• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional appearance.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 (Negotiable based on YoE)
