Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Akoka, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily front desk operations.

Work Schedule:
AM Shift:

• Mondays to Fridays:6:30 am – 2:30 am
• Saturdays & Public Holidays:6:30 am – 12:30 pm

PM Shift:

• Mondays to Fridays:2:00pm – 8:30 pm
• Saturdays & Public Holidays:6:30 am-12:30 pm

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND or SSCE with 2-3 years experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Well-groomed, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
