Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Receptionist is the first face our guests see. Your main job is to welcome guests, handle their bookings, and make sure their stay starts and ends smoothly.
• You will keep the front desk organized and answer any questions guests have during your 24-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of their rooms quickly and politely.
• Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and handle room reservations at all hours.
• Receive payments and give accurate change and receipts.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and available services.
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
• Pass on guest complaints or special requests to the right department.
• Hand over a clear report to the next receptionist at the end of your shift.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1-4 years experience.
• Friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
• Clear spoken and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to manage bookings and emails.
• Physical and mental stamina to manage 24-hour shifts effectively.
• Honest, organized, and good at managing time.
• Previous experience working in a hotel or customer service role is a plus.
• Must live in or be able to easily commute to Abule Egba.

Salary
N50,000 – N90,000 monthly.
