DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Act as the organization’s first point of contact and communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff and visitors.
• Answer telephone, take messages and manage correspondence within the scope of responsibility.
• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls.
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Secretarial Studies or other Management Science-related fields
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience as a receptionist in a formal business setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn bespoke packages.
