We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain a clean and professional front desk area at all times.
• Handle guest complaints or escalate them appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat appearance and excellent customer service attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems (an added advantage).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
