Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management – Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate office or staff.
• Call Handling – Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally.
• Appointment Scheduling – Book, confirm, and manage appointments or meetings.
• Record Keeping – Maintain visitor logs, files, and basic administrative records.
• Office Support – Provide general administrative support such as filing, receiving deliveries, and handling inquiries.

Requirements 

• Minimum Educational Qualification – SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Good Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication.
• Professional Appearance & Attitude – Polite, friendly, and well-presented.
• Basic Computer Skills – Ability to use email, word processing, and office software.
• Organisational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
