Description 

• We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
• Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve concerns with tact and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent in English, well-spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a graduate from a recognized university (B.Sc./HND).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
