Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with laundry service inquiries
• Receive, tag, and record laundry items accurately
• Explain services, pricing, turnaround times, and care instructions to customers
• Issue receipts, invoices, and order tickets
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments and balance daily transactions
• Answer phone calls, messages, and emails; respond to customer questions and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with laundry and delivery staff to track orders and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and update order status in the system
• Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup or delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and daily reports.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
