About the role

• The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization, providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff.
• This role manages front-desk operations, handles inquiries, coordinates communication, and supports general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in a receptionist, front desk role or customer service, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
