Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Receptionist to join our team.
• This unique role combines front desk responsibilities with the maintenance of a clean and welcoming environment for our apartment complex.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Manage appointments, reservations, and schedule viewings for potential residents.
• Perform light cleaning duties in resident apartments as needed.
• Ensure trash and recycling are collected and disposed of properly.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent qualification with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Applicants must reside in Sagamu.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
