Job Title: Real Estate Unit Manager

Job Description

• Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees.
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary.
• Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team.
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• 2 – 3 years experience in real estate / marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Problem-solving and decision.
