Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Initiate marketing strategies and cold calls to prospects.
• Promote the company’s product/property through promotion activities.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Coordinating various activities that lead to the purchase and sale of properties.
• Facilitates arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before conclusion of any sales deal.
• Develops and implement strategies effective for meeting sales target.
• Address customer’s service issues.
• Prepares presentation slides for presentations when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience
• Experience in Property sales.
• Closeness to location is necessary

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
