Job Title: Real Estate Sales Advisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including customer service, creating and managing property listings, sales negotiations, and real property market analysis. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND or ONDin Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
• Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real property marketing and market analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial are proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, real estate software, and strong marketing skills and Its Commission Based.

Salary
N500,000 – N2,000,000 / month.
