We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Practice Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, Estate Surveyors, Facility Managers, and administrative staff.
  • Provide team members leadership, guidance, and mentorship to enhance their performance.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.
  • Oversee property listings, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Work with agents to provide exceptional customer service throughout real estate transactions.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings and the company’s brand.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the real estate practice’s budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
  • Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate management, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
