About the Role

• We are seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Marketer to join our growing real estate team in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate properties, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, conducting property presentations and inspections, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s real estate properties and investment opportunities.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, field marketing, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about the company’s properties, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, banking, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing and meeting prospective clients.
• Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
