Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Location: Warri, Delta

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Lead and manage real estate sales, acquisitions, and property listings.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track performance for the sales and marketing team to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain high-level relationships with investors, high-net-worth clients, and stakeholders.
• Market Strategy: Conduct market research, identify lucrative real estate opportunities, and drive strategic sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in real estate management, property development, or real estate sales.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, financial acumen, and deal-closing skills.
• Computer Literacy: Must be conversant with computer, MS office suites.
