We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Finance & Investment Director

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors.
• Manage financial models and perform sensitivity analysis to assess risks and returns.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flows.
• Collaborate with legal, accounting, and other teams to ensure compliance with regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks associated with real estate investments.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate finance and investment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CCIM (Certified
• Commercial Investment Member) preferred.
