Job Title: Radiographer / Sonographer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including general X-rays, ultrasound, and other routine radiographic examinations.
• Conduct and document routine ultrasound examinations.
• Prepare, identify, position, and reassure patients before and during imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot radiography and ultrasound equipment in accordance with established standards.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and provide accurate preliminary observations while maintaining complete and confidential clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support timely and effective patient diagnosis and care.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recognised qualification in Radiography, Medical Imaging Science, or a related field, with current registration and practising licence from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting, with demonstrated competence in general radiography and diagnostic ultrasonography.
• Formal certification or recognised training in ultrasound/sonography is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and application of radiation protection, infection prevention, patient identification, equipment safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, documentation, and patient-care skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality control, audits, equipment maintenance, and continuous professional development
