Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Redemption City / Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer with strong ultrasound experience to join our medical imaging team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing accurate results that support clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations (abdominal, obstetric, pelvic, vascular, soft tissue, etc.) with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct other diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT, or MRI (if applicable).
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Review and evaluate images for diagnostic quality before submitting them for reporting.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and infection prevention guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
  • Valid license / registration with the Radiographers Registration Board
  • Proven experience in ultrasound scanning.
  • Proficiency in performing a variety of ultrasound examinations.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern imaging equipment.
  • Excellent communication, patient-care, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
