Job Title: Quinko Blow Mold Technician

Job Summary

• We are searching for an innovative blow mold Technician to join our team and ensure quality bottles are delivered on time.
• The blow mold Technician’s responsibilities will include monitoring & servicing the entire blow mold machine (3 Quinko machine and Xylinear machine) writing up reports, diagnosing and resolving problems with bottles, methods, and machine.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor machine outputs confirming machine settings are delivering a quality product -if not immediately correct problem.
• ̵Maintain blowing machine area hygiene, upkeep and cleanliness to the highest industry standard
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice relevant to your work, as well as Delegate Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or bottles
• Must be able to carry out RCA, monitor machines for quality and productivity
• Must be very sound in TPM implementation and preventive maintenance method
• Staying up-to-date with efficient method of blow mold equipment maintenance procedures
• Must be able to develop daily, weekly and monthly machine checklist and follow up implementation
• Must be technically sound, innovative and deep knowledge and understanding of the Quinko blowing machine

Qualification/Skills

• BSc / HND related field
• At least 5 years as Blow Mold Technician
• Sound Understanding of Quinko Blowing Machine.
• Proficiency in RCA and Problem Solving.
