Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
• At least 10 years of proven experience in cost management for multi-storey building projects with a reputable construction company.
• Proficiency in Cost management software.
• Basic knowledge of BIM and digital measurement tools.
• Must have NIQS Certifications.
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
