Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Project Manager 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
• Manage procurement, including tendering and contract administration
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
• Track project progress and handle variations and claims
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
