Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Prepare and review project budgets and cost plans.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and payments.
• Conduct site measurements and assess completed works.
• Prepare interim and final accounts.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Tech/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification/membership is an advantage.
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in construction/project cost management.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites.
