Job Title: Quality Management Systems Analyst (Management Systems Consultant)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Description

• This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, business process improvement, project coordination, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery:

• Support the planning and delivery of ISO implementation projects.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation activities with clients and internal teams.

Gap Assessments & Implementation:

• Conduct gap analyses against applicable ISO standards.
• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and support process owners throughout implementation.

Documentation:

• Develop and maintain management system documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, process maps, risk registers, and related records.
• Maintain document control and record management practices.

Risk & Compliance:

• Facilitate risk assessments and support the development of risk treatment plans.
• Assist clients in understanding applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Internal Auditing & Certification Support:

• Conduct internal audits and document findings.
• Support corrective action management and verification.
• Prepare clients for certification audits and provide support during external audits.

Performance Improvement & Training:

• Support KPI development, management reviews, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Deliver ISO awareness sessions, internal auditor training, and implementation workshops.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–5 years’ experience implementing or maintaining ISO Management Systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and developing management system documentation.
• Consulting experience is an advantage.
