Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Job Summary

• The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all food products, service processes, and outlet operations consistently meet the company’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards across QSR locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food preparation and service processes to ensure compliance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks on food products, raw materials, and finished items.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP and local regulations).
• Carry out regular outlet inspections and audits; document findings and corrective actions.
• Identify quality gaps and work with operations and kitchen teams to resolve them.
• Train and guide staff on quality standards, food handling, and best practices.
• Monitor storage, temperature control, and shelf-life of food items.
• Report quality issues, non-compliance, and risks promptly to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Requirement

• Experience in QSR is a must.
