Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
Monitoring food handling, storage and preparation
Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers Quality Control ensure monitoring raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also Control
Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas. Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.
Handling of reports

Salary
N70, 000 / Month.
