Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• The Quality Control (QC) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control activities across the garment manufacturing process.
• This includes supervising inspections at all production stages, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, implementing preventive quality measures, and managing a team of inspectors to uphold product quality.
• The ideal candidate will have deep experience in garment manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements to minimize defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in garment quality control with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and inspection techniques
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
