Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Inspector

Location: Imiringi, Bayelsa

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced QAQC MEP Coordinator to oversee quality control across all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) activities on site, ensuring full compliance with industry and contractual standard

Key Responsibilities
Electrical:

• Material receiving inspections & client sign-off
• Cable inspection, IR & HV testing
• Motor insulation resistance testing
• Earthing, bonding & circuit folder preparation
• Punch list close-out with client

Mechanical & HVAC:

• Hydro-test, leak test & piping inspections
• Welder qualification & weld visual checks
• NDT monitoring (RT, DPI, UT, PMI)
• HVAC installation & performance testing
• Mechanical completion handover dossiers

Quality Management:

• Implement and monitor QMS on-site
• Prepare ITPs, method statements & procedures
• Ensure compliance with codes & project specifications

Structural:

• Monitor structural fabrication & installation
• Pre-commissioning & commissioning inspections
• Painting & coating activity oversight

Requirements

• HND, BSc or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience
• Relevant quality training certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
