We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Officer – Renewable Energy 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Vet and approve installers before onboarding onto the Instollar platform
• Review installer submissions, credentials, and supporting documentation
• Conduct quality checks on installation projects using reports, images, and feedback
• Identify quality issues, risks, and non-compliance in projects
• Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams
• Maintain records of QA reviews, findings, and decisions
• Ensure consistency in quality standards across all installers and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Proven experience in renewable energy systems (solar, inverter, or hybrid installations)
• Experience in quality assurance, inspection, operations, or technical review roles
• Ability to assess technical work using documentation and visual evidence
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete or real-world information
• Good communication and reporting skills.
