Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer – Pharmaceutical

Location: Lagos

Description
Quality Assurance:

• Conduct warehouse inspections and maintains applicable records.
• Ensures that the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and maintained.
• Ensures establishment and effective implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Good Warehousing and Good Distribution Practices (Housekeeping, Temperature Monitoring and Records, Fumigation and Pest Control, Batch traceability and Validation).
• Maintains an up-to-date index of controlled documents.
• Coordinates the review of Returned Goods.
• Manages Change Control Procedure
• Coordinate Complaints resolution
• Coordinate calibration activities
• Coordinate supplier’s audit. Coordinate
• Maintains training programme and records of training conducted.
• Approves the release of goods under “Quarantine or Hold” as may be required

Required Skills / Competency

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
