Neveah Limited is a leading commodity trading company established in 2014, with its head office in Abuja and five operational offices across Nigeria. The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that all processes, products, and outputs meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, reducing defects, and driving continuous improvement across the production line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Investigate and document quality issues, non-conformities, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure quality integration across operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Support training initiatives on quality standards for staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • 4 – 5 years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
  • Experience in the use of a spectrometer is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience in the aluminum/copper sector is an added advantage.
