Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer – Product Quality

Description

• Are you passionate about product quality, testing, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer – Product Quality to join a leading automotive team and play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of vehicles and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing for vehicles, engines, subsystems, and components.
• Conduct customer complaint simulations and support root cause analysis.
• Develop and improve testing standards based on customer usage and market feedback.
• Monitor test equipment, rig utilization, safety, and 5S compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or R&D within a 2W, 3W, or 4W OEM or Tier 1 automotive company.
• Experience in vehicle, engine, or mechanical testing laboratories.
• Knowledge of data loggers and vehicle instrumentation is an advantage.
• Exposure to EMS calibration or HIL testing is a plus.
• Graduate Engineer Trainees (Mechanical) with relevant exposure are also encouraged to apply.
