We are recruiting to fill the position below

Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associateto support the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform internal process audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Review incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports and support resolution tracking.
  • Assist in development and review of policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
  • Monitor outsourced service performance and compliance.
  • Conduct environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks.
  • Support implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, and DMAIC standards.
  • Ensure compliance with NDPR and other applicable regulations.
  • Support internal customer satisfaction surveys and reporting.
  • Provide support in training staff on QA and internal control processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science related discipline.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
