Apple & Pears Limited was incorporated in the year 2012 as an Agro Allied & Food Industry to produce soya meal, concentrate and finished feed for the poultry industry, and refined edible oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream, vinegar,custard powder and Chocolate Drink for the Nigerian market.

The company has invested millions of dollars in land, building, construction of infrastructural facilities and machinery, with one goal in mind and that is to have an integrated facility encompassing the complete value chain of the soya bean business, from sourcing, processing, extraction, refining, packaging and distribution of a wide range of premium products. In response to environmental concerns, we have installed solar panels to partially power the plant onsolar energyalso we have a state of the art effluent treatment plant to treat and reuse the water discharged during the various production processes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented QA Analyst to support quality assurance operations within our processing facility.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing quality data, monitoring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Perform quality analysis on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement areas
• Conduct routine inspections and testing in line with quality and food safety standards
• Document findings and prepare quality reports for review by the QA team
• Support implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene requirements
• Assist during internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews
• Work closely with QA Officers, Supervisors, and production teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years’ experience in a QA Analyst or similar quality assurance role within a food manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Residency Requirement:

• Candidates must reside in Sagamu, Ogun State, or nearby environs.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
