Job Title: Quality Advisor

Description

• We are seeking a Quality Adviser to provideoversight on quality management across all projects and operations.
• The role will ensure that the company, its contractors, and vendors operate in compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures, and international quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate and client objectives. Provide quality assurance oversight across all project phases, conducting audits, inspections, and performance reviews for contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review and approve quality documentation, monitor supplier performance, and manage non-conformities. Advise management on risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Leadtraining, awareness programs, and engagement with clients, regulators, and certifying bodies to uphold high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications / Experience

• A minimum of a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• ISO 9001:2015 Implementation certification.
• 8 – 10 years of experience out of which 5 years would have been in the Oil & Gas Industry.
