Job Overview

• As we continue to expand our presence in Lagos, we are seeking a proactive and creative Public Relations professional to help strengthen our brand visibility and manage our corporate communications.
• The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s public image, building strong relationships with media and stakeholders, and supporting communication strategies that enhance brand awareness. This role involves developing PR campaigns, coordinating media engagements, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company’s brand and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media statements, newsletters, and other corporate communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception and brand reputation.
• Coordinate media interviews, press briefings, and corporate events.
• Support internal communications and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage crisis communication and respond to public or media inquiries when necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align communication initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
