Job Title: Provider Success Executive – UNWIND

Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Provider Success Executive to onboard, support and manage UNWIND Service Providers while ensuring they meet company standards and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Providers.
• Build and maintain strong provider relationships.
• Monitor provider performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure providers follow UNWIND standards and policies.
• Resolve provider-related issues.
• Support provider acquisition and business growth.
• Work closely with Operations and other teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Operations or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptable and results-oriented.

Salary

•  N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
