Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years experience.

• Property management
• Tenant relationship management
• Coordination and supervision of artisans and vendors
• Financial oversight, including rent collection, service charge administration and arrears tracking
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other workflow tools.
