Job Title: Project Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and results-driven Project Supervisor to provide effective leadership and day-to-day supervision of project activities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team members, monitoring performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and maintaining accurate project records.
• The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, and software skills, with the ability to coordinate people and manage project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate project team members to achieve assigned objectives.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback where required.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in line with approved procedures and quality standards.
• Review project data, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track project activities, team performance, data, and progress.
• Prepare and submit regular project status and performance reports.
• Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and project management.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Use relevant software and digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Escalate significant project challenges, delays, or performance issues to management.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in project supervision, team coordination, operations, quality control, or a related role.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of project management and data management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
