We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Superintendent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-years renewable contract

Duties

• Leading and managing the on-site construction team i.e. foremen, sub-foremen, artisans.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Apportion work among staff according to their specialized training.
• Coordinate new construction and major remodelling which involves scheduling, meetings, and reviewing of project documents (e.g. contracts, specifications, blueprints) as necessary.
• Monitor and report on the work progress.
• Keep track of material stock and orders with the supply chain unit.
• Create labour and material schedules to guide the project are within the budget.
• Motivates subordinates and others to top performance.
• Maintain project files for work scopes, drawings logs, sketches, photographs, and all correspondences.
• Ensures early and timely delivery of renovated buildings in the residences for take-over by Housing unit.
• Assist to develop the F.M.S project online database, work order request (WOR) systems for ease of the work.
• Ensuring a good customer relations.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors

Qualification

• HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in construction project supervision, site management, or project execution is required.
