Job Title: Project Planner (PMO) – Construction

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting a Project Planner (PMO) for a leading real estate development company.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned construction planning professional who has managed multiple large-scale projects and is confident using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and managing detailed project schedules
• Establishing baseline programmes and monitoring performance
• Conducting schedule impact analysis and risk mitigation
• Coordinating with project managers, contractors and site teams
• Preparing executive-level progress reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in construction/project planning
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Experience managing multi-project environments
• PMP/PRINCE2 is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 – N900,000 monthly.
