Job Title: Project Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and communication flow with the team to ensure timely task completion.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and facilitate feedback channels for ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings, track progress, and prepare detailed reports for the Program Manager.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, external teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and quality delivery.
• Manage social media content to ensure it aligns with project objectives, identify risks, resolve conflicts, and assist in writing proposals for grants and securing funding.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyze project trends and proactively suggest adjustments.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Experience in preparing funding proposals and grant applications.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
