Job Summary

• The Network Expansion Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the company’s physical expansion projects including new branches, showrooms, warehouses, workshops and offices.
• The role oversees site identification, feasibility studies, construction, fit-out, contractor management, budget control, statutory approvals and project handover.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

• Develop expansion strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new sites.
• Conduct technical due diligence.
• Lead construction, renovation and fit-out projects.
• Manage consultants and contractors.
• Prepare budgets and timelines.
• Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings and BOQs.
• Monitor quality, cost and schedule.
• Deliver projects ready for operations.
• Lead and mentor the team.
• Report progress to management.
