Job Title: Project Manager (Real Estate Development)

Description

• Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-value real estate or construction projects?
• We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead projects from concept to completion across premium residential and commercial developments in Lagos.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end real estate development projects — from planning to delivery
• Drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, QS, contractors)
• Oversee contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management
• Conduct site supervision, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety standards
• Monitor project budgets, track performance, and report directly to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years’ experience in construction / real estate project management
• Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Proven experience delivering commercial or residential developments
• Strong expertise in contract management, procurement, and site execution
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project.
